The Michigan Shoe Market is one of the industry’s oldest and most respected trade show shoe markets. Established in 1936, this Market continues its rich tradition allowing shoe manufacturers and retailers from the Midwest to gather under one roof to transact business.
In these challenging economic times where reps territories continue to expand and the cost of travel increases, our Michigan Shoe Market has become even more important. The Show provides a relaxed atmosphere where our retailers and manufacturers can share and learn what is new and happening in the shoe marketplace.
At all of our Markets, our retailers are greeted each morning with complimentary coffee and doughnuts. And at the March and August Shows, a complimentary retailer deli buffet lunch is served each afternoon. On Sunday evening, our retailers and exhibitors can mingle together at our complimentary cocktail party over an assortment of Hors d’oeuvres. On Tuesday following the August Market, retailers and exhibitors are invited to participate in the annual Golf Outing which supports Two Ten. August 22-23, 2010 Market Registration
Our SPRING SHOE MARKET is our largest Market of the year featuring 185-200 exhibitors of Women's Fashion and Mid-Fashion Footwear, Athletic, Men's, Children's Shoes and Specialty Lines and Boots. We utilize three floors of the hotel for room exhibitors and the entire ballroom for booth exhibitors. This Market also offers opportunities for at once buys for Spring and Summer. Approximately 300-350 retail stores attend from Michigan, Indiana, Ohio and the surrounding Midwest area.
